Access: Look for boundary marker on south side of Worthington Point Road.

Location: Lamentation Mountain in both Berlin and Middletown
Access: At the end of Overhill Road located off the northbound lane of the Berlin Turnpike and is a quick right just after the Best Western Hotel.

Location: On Worthington Ridge Extension, Berlin, CT
Access: Northeast of where Worthington Ridge crosses the Berlin Turnpike. Look for Worthington Ridge Extension signs. After crossing the turnpike, travel north on Worthington Ridge Extension looking to the east side of the road.
Donated by Dr. Ludmil Chotkowski and dedicated to the memory of his wife, Emily D. Chotkowski, and to a good friend who died as a result of wounds received in WWII actions - Corporal Francis C. Kowalczyk, a member of the Army Medical Corps.

Access: On the south side of Orchard Road just east of the intersection with Kensington Road.
Acquired by means of a bargain sale from the William Shepard Family using funds from the Paul & Mary Cancellarini Charitable Trust.

Location: Forested land on the eastern slope of Lamentation Mountain in Middletown.
Access: This property can be accessed by following the Blue-Blazed Trail from trailheads in Berlin or Meriden. In Berlin, look for the gate to Stantack Road just off off Lamentation Drive. The preserve is approximately ½ mile down the road. The property extends west to the top of the ridge.

Access: This property is forever wild forested land near the top of Ragged Mountain.
Donated by Jane Shepard of Pennsylvania, in memory of her husband William Shepard, a former resident of the area.

Location: Forested land on the eastern slope of Lamentation Mountain in Middletown.
Access: Off Lamentation Drive in Berlin. Look for the gate to Stantack Road and park. Walk the gravel road (Stantack) about 1/2 mile south. The preserve property extends west to the top of the ridge.
